Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons pink lemonade mix
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/2 cups water divided
- ice to taste
- lemon wedges optional, to taste, for garnish
- maraschino cherries optional, to taste, for garnish
Directions
- Whip the pink lemonade mix and the heavy whipping cream together using an electric mixer on high speed, until the cream has thickened and stiff peaks begin to form.
- In two glasses, add 1 tablespoon each of the lemonade-whipped cream mixture.
- Add 3/4 cup of the water to each glass, stirring to mix.
- Add the ice to both glasses until each is about 2/3 full.
- Top each glass with the remaining lemonade-whipped cream mixture.
- Stir the cream into the lemonade slightly.
- Serve garnished with the lemons and the cherries.
