Ingredients
- 4 (3-ounce) packages ramen noodles seasoning packets reserved for another use or discarded
- 1 (24-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese optional
- 1 (8-ounce) package mozzarella cheese shredded
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- Break the blocks of the ramen noodles in half, creating 8 squares total.
- Add about 1/4 cup of the spaghetti sauce to the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Add 4 of the ramen squares to the bottom of the baking dish.
- Evenly dollop about 1/2 of the ricotta cheese by the spoonful on top of the ramen squares in the baking dish.
- Cover the ricotta layer in the baking dish evenly with about 1/2 cup of the spaghetti sauce.
- Top the spaghetti sauce layer evenly with about 3/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers, using the remaining ramen squares, the remaining ricotta, the remaining spaghetti sauce, and the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake until the noodles are tender and the mozzarella cheese is melted, about 45 minutes.
- Serve.
