Ingredients
- 1 (6-ounce) package chicken stuffing mix
- 2 cups chicken cooked and cubed
- 1 cup frozen broccoli florets thawed
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed broccoli cheese soup undiluted
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease an 11x7-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the stuffing mix according to the package directions, but using only 1 1/2 cups of the water it instructs you to use.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces, the broccoli, and the broccoli cheese soup.
- Transfer the chicken mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- Top the chicken mixture with the stuffing.
- Sprinkle the stuffing with the shredded cheese.
- Bake the casserole, covered, for 20 minutes.
- Uncover the casserole and bake until it is heated through, about 10-15 minutes.
- Serve.
