Ingredients
For the oatmeal:
- 1 1/3 cups old-fashioned oats
- 3/4 cups fat-free milk
- 3/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
Optional, for topping:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen dark sweet cherries pitted, thawed if frozen
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries thawed
- 1/2 cup walnuts toasted and chopped
Directions
- In a small bowl, add the oats, the milk, the yogurt, and the honey and stir to combine.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for at least 8 hours and up to overnight.
