Ingredients
For the sliders:
- 3/4 pound deli-sliced ham
- 12 sweet slider buns halved
- 24 slices Swiss cheese provolone cheese, or Pepper Jack cheese
For the glaze:
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon poppyseeds
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Lightly coat a 9x13-inch rimmed sheet pan with cooking spray.
- Place the bottom buns in the prepared sheet pan and top with 1/2 of the cheese.
- Top the cheese with the ham, the remaining cheese, and the top buns.
- In a small bowl, whisk the butter, the brown sugar, the Dijon mustard, the poppyseeds, the Worcestershire sauce, the onion powder, the garlic powder, the salt, and the pepper together.
- Brush the glaze across the tops of the rolls.
- Cover the sheet pan with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Discard the foil and bake until the cheese has melted, about 10 minutes.
