Nothing beats the good ole, comforting flavors of ham and cheese. What could possibly make them any better?! With 30-Minute Ham & Noodle Pot, that's how! This warm and hearty combo takes bouncy noodles and mixes them with melty cheese and savory ham, plus a little bit of nourishing broccoli, and has it all done in under 30 minutes. You get the flavors you're craving and you don't have to wait long to enjoy them. How could you not love that?! Well, if you don't believe us then we dare you to give 30-Minute Ham & Noodle Pot a try. You'll be glad you did!
Ingredients
- 1 (12-ounce) package egg noodles
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen broccoli cuts
- 3 cups ham, fully cooked and cubed
- 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup half-and-half cream
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Step 1 -In a Dutch oven filled with boiling salted water, cook the noodles for 5 minutes.
Step 2 -Add the broccoli and the ham to the noodles and cook until they are tender, about 5-10 minutes.
Step 3 -Drain the noodle mixture and return it to the Dutch oven.
Step 4 -Stir the mozzarella cheese, the parmesan cheese, the butter, the half-and-half cream, the garlic powder, the salt, and the pepper into the noodle mixture and cook, while stirring, over low heat, until the butter has melted and the mixture is heated through, about 20 minutes.
Step 5 -Serve.
