Ingredients
- 1 (12-ounce) package egg noodles
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen broccoli cuts
- 3 cups ham fully cooked and cubed
- 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 cup parmesan cheese shredded
- 1/3 cup butter cubed
- 1/2 cup half-and-half cream
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- In a Dutch oven filled with boiling salted water, cook the noodles for 5 minutes.
- Add the broccoli and the ham to the noodles and cook until they are tender, about 5-10 minutes.
- Drain the noodle mixture and return it to the Dutch oven.
- Stir the mozzarella cheese, the parmesan cheese, the butter, the half-and-half cream, the garlic powder, the salt, and the pepper into the noodle mixture and cook, while stirring, over low heat, until the butter has melted and the mixture is heated through, about 20 minutes.
- Serve.
