Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (14-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can tomatoes drained
  • 1/2 (25-ounce) package frozen cheese raviolis
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese grated

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the beef and cook, while crumbling, until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain the excess grease.
  • Add the spaghetti sauce and the tomatoes to the beef and stir to combine.
  • Add 1/3 of the beef mixture to the bottom of an 11x7-inch baking dish.
  • Top the beef mixture with 1/2 of the raviolis and then sprinkle with 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of the Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Repeat the layers, starting with the beef mixture and ending with the Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Top the final Monterey Jack layer with the remaining beef mixture.
  • Cover the ravioli bake with aluminum foil and bake, about 30 minutes.
  • Evenly sprinkle the ravioli bake with the parmesan cheese.
  • Serve.
