Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 (14-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (14.5-ounce) can tomatoes drained
1/2 (25-ounce) package frozen cheese raviolis
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese grated

Directions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the beef and cook, while crumbling, until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain the excess grease.
Add the spaghetti sauce and the tomatoes to the beef and stir to combine.
Add 1/3 of the beef mixture to the bottom of an 11x7-inch baking dish.
Top the beef mixture with 1/2 of the raviolis and then sprinkle with 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of the Monterey Jack cheese.
Repeat the layers, starting with the beef mixture and ending with the Monterey Jack cheese.
Top the final Monterey Jack layer with the remaining beef mixture.
Cover the ravioli bake with aluminum foil and bake, about 30 minutes.
Evenly sprinkle the ravioli bake with the parmesan cheese.
Serve.
