Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless, halved
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 (12-ounce) can light-colored beer
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- oil to taste, for greasing the grill grates
Directions
- Place the chicken halves in a glass baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the lime juice, the beer, the honey, the garlic, the cilantro, the salt, and the pepper until the mixture is fully incorporated.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken in the dish, cover, and allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and using the oil, lightly grease the grill grates.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Grill until fully cooked through, reaching 165 degrees F, about 7 minutes on each side.
