Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless, halved
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 (12-ounce) can light-colored beer
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • oil to taste, for greasing the grill grates

Directions

  • Place the chicken halves in a glass baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the lime juice, the beer, the honey, the garlic, the cilantro, the salt, and the pepper until the mixture is fully incorporated.
  • Pour the marinade over the chicken in the dish, cover, and allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat and using the oil, lightly grease the grill grates.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off.
  • Grill until fully cooked through, reaching 165 degrees F, about 7 minutes on each side.
