Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups light sour cream divided
- 1 1/2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can fat-free refried beans
- 1 cup chunky salsa drained
- 1 cup prepared guacamole
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup tomatoes cored and seeded, chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives sliced and drained
- 1/4 cup green onions sliced, green part only
- tortilla chips to taste, for serving
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the taco seasoning and 1 cup of the sour cream. Set it aside.
- Spread the refried beans onto the bottom of a 9-inch dish.
- Spread the seasoned sour cream mixture on top of the refried beans, making it as even as possible.
- Spread the salsa on top of the seasoned sour cream mixture.
- Top with the guacamole, leaving a 1 1/2-2-inch border around the dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese around the outer perimeter of the dish.
- Spread the olives, the tomatoes, and the green onions on top of the shredded cheese.
- Put the remaining sour cream in a pastry bag fitted with a round tip. If you don't have access to a pastry bag, you can cut the corner off of a sealable plastic bag.
- Place 1 dollop of the sour cream in the center of the guacamole.
- Then, pipe multiple circles around the dollop.
- Using a toothpick, make the spider web. Start at the center of the dollop, dragging it out past the outer circle of the sour cream.
- Set a plastic spider in the center of the spider web, if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Serve with the tortilla chips.
