Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fish seasoning such as Fish MongerĀ® Seafood Blend or a homemade blend
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 pound swordfish steaks
- parsley to taste, chopped, for garnish
- lemon slices to taste, for garnish
Directions
- In a large resealable plastic bag, add the fish seasoning, the oil, the garlic, the soy sauce, the Worcestershire sauce, the lemon juice, and the swordfish steaks and seal the bag.
- Transfer the bag to the refrigerator and marinate the swordfish steaks, for at least 30 minutes and up to overnight.
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Add the marinated swordfish steaks to the grill and cook, about 4-6 minutes.
- Flip the swordfish steaks and cook until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F and flake easily but maintain firmness, about 4-6 minutes.
- Serve the swordfish steaks garnished with the parsley and the lemon slices.
