Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fish seasoning such as Fish Monger® Seafood Blend or a homemade blend
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 pound swordfish steaks
  • parsley to taste, chopped, for garnish

Directions

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, add the fish seasoning, the oil, the garlic, the soy sauce, the Worcestershire sauce, the lemon juice, and the swordfish steaks and seal the bag.
  • Transfer the bag to the refrigerator and marinate the swordfish steaks, for at least 30 minutes and up to overnight.
  • Preheat the grill to high heat.
  • Add the marinated swordfish steaks to the grill and cook, about 4-6 minutes.
