Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces white rum
  • 3/4 ounce orange curaçao
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 ounce orgeat
  • ice for shaking and for the glass
  • 1/2 ounce dark rum
  • lime wheel optional, for garnish
  • mint sprig optional, for garnish

Directions

  • Add the white rum, curaçao, lime juice, and orgeat into a shaker with ice.
  • Shake lightly for a few seconds.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass on the rocks.
  • Pour the dark rum over the top.
  • Garnish with mint and lime. Serve!
