Ingredients

  • olive oil to taste
  • 1 zucchini sliced into 1/2-inch-thick rounds or slices
  • parmesan cheese freshly grated, to taste
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Directions

  • Preheat the broiler on high.
