Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 8 slices deli ham
- 8 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons water
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a baking sheet.
- Separate the crescent roll dough on the perforated lines into 8 triangles and lay them flat on the prepared baking sheet.
- Layer 1 slice of the ham and 1 slice of the cheese on top of each of the dough triangles.
- Tightly roll each of the layered dough triangles, starting with the wide ends, to form the crescent shape.
- In a small bowl, add the egg and the water and whisk to combine.
- Evenly brush each of the filled croissants with the egg wash.
- Bake the filled croissants until they are golden-brown, about 9 minutes.
- Serve.
