Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon dried garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 (6-7-pound) bone-in turkey breast skin removed
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  • In a small bowl, mix the garlic, the seasoned salt, the paprika, the Italian seasoning, and the pepper.
  • Brush the olive oil on the turkey, making sure to fully coat it.
  • Then evenly sprinkle the seasoning mix over the turkey.
  • Place the turkey in the pot of a slow cooker. Add the water and cover with the lid.
  • Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until the turkey is tender.
  • Serve!
