Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 (6-7-pound) bone-in turkey breast skin removed
- 1/2 cup water
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix the garlic, the seasoned salt, the paprika, the Italian seasoning, and the pepper.
- Brush the olive oil on the turkey, making sure to fully coat it.
- Then evenly sprinkle the seasoning mix over the turkey.
- Place the turkey in the pot of a slow cooker. Add the water and cover with the lid.
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until the turkey is tender.
- Serve!
