Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoons garlic minced
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 3/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese freshly shredded
  • 1/2 cup yellow cheddar cheese freshly shredded
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
  • celery sticks optional, to taste, for serving

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In an oven-safe skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  • Add the garlic to the melted butter and cook, while stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Add the chicken and the hot sauce to the butter mixture and stir to combine.
  • Bring the Buffalo chicken mixture to a simmer and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add the cream cheese to the Buffalo chicken mixture and cook, while stirring, until it is melted and incorporated.
  • Transfer the skillet from the heat.
  • Add the ranch dressing to the Buffalo chicken mixture and stir to combine.
  • Sprinkle the white cheddar cheese and the yellow cheddar cheese evenly over the Buffalo chicken mixture.
  • Bake until the Buffalo chicken mixture is bubbly throughout, about 10 minutes.
  • Switch the oven to broil and broil until the top is browned, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Garnish the dip with the green onions and serve with the celery sticks.
