Ultimate Lobster Roll

Recipe Background

Lobster rolls scream summer, especially if you're from New England. Lobster’s mild, sweet, rich flavor is perfect for enjoying by the beach or while sitting in the shade of your porch. The Ultimate Lobster Roll serves the lobster roll "Maine" style, which means the tender chunks of lobster mixed with mayonnaise ("Connecticut" style features butter instead). The mayo adds to the fattiness of the Ultimate Lobster Roll, and the toasted buttered roll adds even more richness and a crunch. Tap into that summer feeling any time of year.
