Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lobster meat cooked and cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup celery finely chopped, using only the tender inner stalks
- 1 tablespoon chives thinly sliced, plus more, to taste, for garnish

- pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter softened
- 4 hot dog buns split-top
Directions
- Place the lobster meat, the mayonnaise, the lemon juice, the celery, 1 tablespoon of the chives, the salt, and the pepper in a bowl.
