Ingredients
- 3/4 cup canned black-eyed peas rinsed and drained
- 2 cups tomatoes chopped
- 1 cup corn rinsed and drained
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno chile optional, minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- cilantro optional, to taste
Directions
