Ingredients
- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 1/2 cups chicken cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
- 16 ounces Alfredo sauce store-bought or homemade
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 1/2 cups Colby-Jack cheese shredded, divided
- fresh parsley optional, diced, for garnish
Directions
- Cook the rotini pasta to al dente, according to the package directions.
- Drain the pasta.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large casserole dish, add the cooked pasta, the shredded chicken, and the crumbled bacon, mixing to combine.
- Add the Alfredo sauce, the ranch seasoning, the mozzarella cheese, and 1 cup of the Colby-Jack cheese to the pasta mixture and mix well.
- Top with the remaining Colby-Jack cheese.
- Bake until bubbly and the cheese is melted, about 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with the parsley and serve.
