Ingredients

6 tablespoons butter melted and divided
4 cups sourdough rolls cubed
1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated
2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
2 medium sweet onions sliced
1 (8-ounce) package fresh mushrooms sliced
1 cup white wine
1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup jarred roasted red bell peppers drained and chopped
2 1/2 cups chicken cooked and shredded

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Lightly grease a 9-inch square baking dish.
In a bowl, toss 4 tablespoons of the butter with the rolls, the cheese, and the parsley.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the onions in the remaining butter until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
