Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 (1-ounce) packet dry onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup water
- hamburger buns to taste, for serving
Directions
- In a large bowl, add the ground beef, the onion soup mix, and the water and use your hands to combine.
- Evenly form the beef mixture into 8 patties.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the patties and cook, flipping once, until they reach an internal temperature of 135 degrees F for medium-rare doneness.
- Add the patties to the hamburger buns.
- Serve.
