Ingredients
- 1 (7-ounce) package mixed dried fruit
- 1 large onion cut into wedges
- 1 (5.5-ounce) can unsweetened apple juice
- 1 (2-pound) beef chuck roast boneless
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
