Ingredients
- 1 cup ham fully-cooked and diced
- 3/4 cup Swiss cheese shredded
- 5 bacon strips cooked and crumbled
- 3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 3 tablespoons onion chopped
- 3 tablespoons green pepper chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup biscuit/baking mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
- Layer the ham, the Swiss cheese, the bacon, the cheddar cheese, the onion, and the green pepper in the prepared pie pan.
- In a blender, add the milk, the biscuit mix, the eggs, the salt, and the pepper.
- Cover the blender and process for 35-40 seconds.
- Pour the milk mixture over the ham-cheese-vegetable mixture in the pie plate; do not stir.
- Bake, uncovered, until set and lightly browned, about 30-35 minutes.
- Let the pie stand for 5 minutes.
- Serve.
