Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound chicken breast
  • 1 large egg
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs plain
  • 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 2 tablespoons dipping sauce optional, i.e honey mustard, ranch dressing, BBQ sauce, of your choice, to taste

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Boil the chicken breast for 20 minutes in water.
  • In a blender, blend together the cooked chicken breast, the egg, and the salt.
  • Pack small balls of the meat mixture into cookie-cutter shapes of your choice.
  • Roll the shaped chicken pieces in the breadcrumbs. Alternatively, form the meat mixture into small balls and roll them in the breadcrumbs; shapes are optional.
  • Place the shapes or balls onto a cookie sheet.
  • Drizzle the chicken tenders with the butter to make them crispier.
  • Bake until crispy, about 10 minutes. Flip halfway through if you want both sides crispy.
  • Remove the chicken from the oven.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
