Ingredients
- 2 large eggs lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup plus more for serving
- 1/2 cup cornflake cereal crushed
- 4 tablespoons dried onion minced
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pounds lean ground beef 90% lean
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line 12 muffin cups with foil.
- In a large bowl, combine the eggs, the milk, the ketchup, the cornflakes, the dried onion, the prepared mustard, the salt, and the pepper.
- Crumble the beef over the mixture and mix well.
- Press the meat mixture into each of the prepared muffin tin cups.
- Bake until the internal temperature of the meatloaves reaches 160 degrees F, about 25 minutes.
- Drain the excess grease and drizzle the meatloaves with more of the ketchup.
- Serve.
