Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts boneless and skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms sliced
1 large onion chopped
1 medium sweet red pepper cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 medium green pepper cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced ripe olives drained
1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce
1 (15-ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
2 (9-ounce) packages refrigerated cheese tortellini
parmesan optional, to taste, grated
fresh basil optional, to taste, torn into pieces

Directions

In a 5-quart slow cooker, add the chicken, the mushrooms, the onion, the red pepper, the green pepper, the olives, and the marinara sauce.
