Ingredients
- 6 (3-ounce) packages chicken-flavored instant ramen noodles 1 flavor packet reserved, the other discarded
- 1 (8-ounce) container scallion cream cheese
- 4 cups whole milk
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken cooked and shredded, with bones and skin discarded
- 1 (10.8-ounce) bag frozen broccoli florets
- 8 ounces cheddar shredded
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Put the ramen noodle squares in a single layer at the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Whisk together the cream cheese, the milk, and the reserved ramen flavor packet in a medium bowl.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the ramen squares.
- Scatter the chicken over the sauce and the noodles.
- Scatter the broccoli over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the casserole with the cheddar evenly.
