Ingredients

  • 1 package snickerdoodle cookie mix, with the cinnamon sugar packet
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 3 tablespoons caramel topping, plus more, to taste

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 -Spray an 8x8-inch pan with cooking spray.

Step 3 -In a large bowl, combine the cookie mix, the butter, and the egg and mix it to form a dough.

Step 4 -Place 1/2 of the cookie dough in small spoonfuls across the bottom of the prepared pan.

Step 5 -Sprinkle 1/2 of the cinnamon sugar packet from the cookie mix across the top of the cookie dough and top with the apple pie filling.

Step 6 -Repeat the layers once, starting with the cookie dough and ending with the apple pie filling.

Step 7 -Drizzle 3 tablespoons of the caramel topping across the top of the cobbler.

Step 8 -Bake the cobbler until the cookies are lightly golden, about 30-35 minutes.

Step 9 -Drizzle the extra caramel topping across the top of the cobbler.

Step 10 -Serve.
