About
Roll up your sleeves and tie a napkin around your neck; we're about to do some good eatin'! Beef briskets are great, but none of them compare to this tender, rosy Texas BBQ! You get to make your own tangy barbeque sauce and have the honor of rubbing the brisket with a garlicky, sweet homemade spice mix, too! All you need is an oven, a grill, and a little bit of time to achieve this fine, Southern delicacy. Topped on a fluffy, toasted bun or served alongside all your favorite fixin's, Texas BBQ will satisfy cravings bigger than the great state itself!
