About
Another delicious entry into the annals of tear-and-share dishes, only this one has some muscle to it! Cheesesteak Sliders start off with an extra beefy filling, mixed with a tender medley of veggies, and then layers of melty provolone slices and a creamy cheese spread for that extra cheese kick! All of this is stuffed between fluffy Hawaiian rolls brushed with herb butter. If Cheesesteak Sliders aren't the way to people's hearts, then nothing is! Share these with everyone and see how much fun dinnertime can be!
Ingredients
- For the sliders:
- 2 tablespoons bacon grease or olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, sliced
- 2 ounces fresh mushrooms, minced

- 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 6 slices provolone cheese

Step 2 -Grease a baking dish or baking sheet.
Step 3 -Heat the bacon grease in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 6 -Add the steak, the salt, the pepper, the paprika, and the Worcestershire sauce to the same skillet and cook until the meat is almost done, about 4 minutes.

Step 8 -Slice the full sheet of Hawaiin rolls in half (the rolls should not be separated).
Step 9 -Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
Step 10 -Spread the mayonnaise on the bottom roll layer.
Step 11 -Add a layer of the provolone cheese to the mayonnaise layer.
Step 12 -Add the meat and the vegetables in an even layer atop the cheese, making the pile as high as desired.
Step 13 -Add a dollop of the cheese spread to each slider.
Step 14 -Add the top layer of the rolls.
Step 15 -Mix the melted butter, the roasted garlic powder, and the minced parsley together.
Step 16 -Brush the tops of the rolls with the garlic butter and garnish each top with the remaining parsley.
Step 17 -Cover the rolls with aluminum foil and bake until the cheese has melted, about 10-15 minutes.
Step 18 -Uncover and bake until the tops of the buns are toasted, about 5-10 minutes.
Step 19 -Serve warm.
