- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- parsley, minced, to taste
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2 -Pat the pork tenderloins dry with paper towels.
Step 3 -In a small bowl combine the paprika, the onion powder, the garlic powder, the oregano, the salt, and the pepper.
Step 4 -Rub the spice mixture onto all sides of the pork tenderloins.
Step 5 -In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, heat the cooking oil.
Step 6 -Add the pork tenderloins to the oil and sear on all sides until they are browned, about 2 minutes per side.
Step 7 -Transfer the frying pan from the heat and transfer the pork tenderloins to an oven-safe baking dish.
Step 8 -Carefully wipe the frying pan with a paper towel to clear away any remaining spices and then return it to the heat.
Step 9 -Add the beef broth to the frying pan and bring it to a boil.
Step 10 -Scrape the bottom of the frying pan with a spatula to remove any stuck-on bits and boil until the beef broth reduces to about 1/4 cup, about 1 minute.
Step 11 -Pour the beef broth sauce over the pork tenderloins.
Step 12 -Pour the apple cider vinegar over the pork tenderloins and dot them with the butter.
Step 13 -Cover the baking dish with foil and bake until the internal temperature of the pork tenderloins reaches 145 degrees F, about 20-25 minutes.
Step 14 -Transfer the pork tenderloins from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
Step 15 -Slice the pork tenderloins into 1/4-inch-thick rounds.
Step 16 -Sprinkle the pork tenderloins with the parsley.
Step 17 -Serve.
