Ingredients
- 1 ounce grapefruit cordial
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce Campari
- 1/2 ounce chile liqueur
- ice for chilling and enough to fill a glass
- club soda to taste
- tajin optional, for garnish
- lime optional, for garnish
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, add the grapefruit cordial, lime juice, Campari, and chile liqueur.
- Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
- Return the lid to the shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Fill your desired glass with ice.
- Strain the liquid into the glass.
- Top with the club soda and garnish with a tajin and lime.
- Serve!
