Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 3/4 cups fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 medium red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper black
  • 1 (13.8-ounce) tube refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup blue cheese crumbled

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Line an 18x26-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, the mushrooms, and the onions, while crumbling the meat, until the beef is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain the excess grease.
  • Stir the salt and the black pepper into the ground beef mixture.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza crust into a 12x15-inch rectangle.
  • Transfer the refrigerated pizza crust to the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, the Italian seasoning, and the garlic powder and mix well.
  • Spread the sour cream mixture over the pizza crust, leaving a 2-inch border empty.
  • Spoon the ground beef mixture over the sour cream mixture.
  • Fold the empty border of the pizza crust over the filling, leaving the center filling uncovered.
  • Bake the tart until the pizza crust is golden, about 15-18 minutes.
  • Carefully use the parchment paper to slide the tart onto a wire rack to cool.
  • Sprinkle the top of the tart with the blue cheese.
  • Let the tart stand for 5 minutes.
  • Slice and serve.
