Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 3/4 cups fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 medium red onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper black
- 1 (13.8-ounce) tube refrigerated pizza crust
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 cup blue cheese crumbled
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Line an 18x26-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, the mushrooms, and the onions, while crumbling the meat, until the beef is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain the excess grease.
- Stir the salt and the black pepper into the ground beef mixture.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza crust into a 12x15-inch rectangle.
- Transfer the refrigerated pizza crust to the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, the Italian seasoning, and the garlic powder and mix well.
- Spread the sour cream mixture over the pizza crust, leaving a 2-inch border empty.
- Spoon the ground beef mixture over the sour cream mixture.
- Fold the empty border of the pizza crust over the filling, leaving the center filling uncovered.
- Bake the tart until the pizza crust is golden, about 15-18 minutes.
- Carefully use the parchment paper to slide the tart onto a wire rack to cool.
- Sprinkle the top of the tart with the blue cheese.
- Let the tart stand for 5 minutes.
- Slice and serve.
