Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 (1/2-inch-thick) pork chops bone-in
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup undiluted
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- fresh parsley optional, to taste, chopped, for garnish
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil.
- Add the pork chops to the hot oil and brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer the pork chops to the prepared baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, the water, the Worcestershire sauce, the salt, and the pepper.
